I dont have problem with buy herloom but aim bught The wattson and revenant herloom but i want refund The wattson herloom to shards

Moving this over to the Apex Legends feedback board.- @Snupi201030cz honestly been asking for something like this for ages since i got a bloodhound heirloom and didnt get a choice which was dodgy, but a lack of reply kinda made me give up hope and i had to create a new account anyways because i switched from ps4 to xbox series s, hopefully everyone can have 1 free heirloom refund but i really dont expect much
@Snupi201030czI think what they should do is instead of forcing everyone like in this year’s anniversary to get the bloodhound skin they should just give out 150 heirloom shards in EVERY collection event so the person paying $160 has the choice to either buy the new heirloom/skin or they would be able to buy one for a character that they actually main or want to use or potentially save the shards for Loba, Horizon, or whoever the next heirlooms might be for... I’m pretty sure Loba, Horizon, and Fuse are the only legends from Season 1-8 that haven’t received heirlooms yet but who knows Valkyrie, Seer, or even Ash may get one before all of them lol
