Pre-game arena tick-tick-tick and start gong need to be quieter

I don't always use headphones and these sounds are 3 times louder then the rest of the game it pops my expensive tower speakers and my studio monitors and my expensive headphones.  This is an issue. ...

@Ev3rM0r3 There are various adjustments that can be made in your Sound Settings, if you are finding effects too loud.

@TheGhostOfKiev It's not a sound affect and no you cannot singularly adjust out these sounds.  Nothing impacts them.  Sound affects as a whole can be turned all the way down to the lowest mark and its still loud.  As is there is no way to adjust these game sounds whatsoever.  There is one setting bar.  That's it.  

  

This is a screen capture of my volume panel.  With it at 2% it shakes my speakers about 3 times louder then the rest of the game sound and spotify.  It is VERY SPECIFIC to the pre game arena tik tik tik tik tik GONG.
