Pred #1 in diamond lobby! Full of TOP750/Master pre-made teams!

It could make people go back to Ranked,
honestly I lost all my hopes for this new ranking system already.

Even in S12 you had to get some placement if you didnt destroy half of your lobby and there were always Charge rifle teams too.

Winning first two fights was rewarding so you just could play it aggressive for more and more kills becasue you were already +points or play it safe,

it was for you to choose.

Season 12 system was perfect, games were ballanced and Diamond was Diamond.

Now when you reach Diamond youre basically Pred.

There is no fun in that or getting destroyed by them every fight also because they are pre-mades and their engagements start with Horizon ult which is absolutelly broken.

I dont see any point of climbing when there is nothing above Diamond 4 for me.

I was slowly climbing to Masters in S12 (Got almost to Diamond 3 :D) but couldnt hit that because Im not that good in this game,

but I had a goal, now there is nothing for me except getting owned.

I think this ranking system made a lot of good players switching to TRIOS and only way to get them back is just to go back.

Also deranking is just annoying and only it does is it slows you down.

I never had a problem with any Diamond 4 stucked players trolling my lobbies in S12 to be honest.

This ranking system change was absolutelly unnecessary.

Ye.. now random D4 guys (like me) are put together with another D4 players.. and we're up against premade teams which include players like this guy.  So ye, whats the point even trying to go further in Diamond, because its totally impossible with this system.. no one likes to bang head against brick wall.

Yea it made me to get off Apex today and tomorow Im gonna get used to not having any progress in game and play TRIOS instead, because there is no rank in Apex I could fit in. I was just tired after few games too much to even play TRIOS today.

And Im not making this up, best player in the world (The red rank icon with #1 in it) was with Masters team (They had 2 or 3 red badges each) in my lobby, but we died first fight against someone else anyway. All my games in Diamond we died first fight. Its really impossible to fight Pred pre-mades with randoms because we are all dead before we can even react one by one getting tripple sprayed if we dont just get Horizon ult and nade spam.

Its really broken, I think they know it, but they will probably be trying to adjust it somehow next 3 seasons so it would be easier and better to just go back to S12 at this point before it causes even more harm to this game. Ranked have already lost good ammount of skilled solo players, they just switched to TRIOS or they probly even switched games. S12 was really fun, rewarding, progressing and everything. Games were mostly ballanced pretty well, I still dont understand why they would do this S13 system. Sorry Im just repeating myself, but I just feel like I cant stress this enough because I really like this game and I dont understand why would someone make this game willingly worse. I really lost all my hopes for this season. I will give it a try S14, but I dont expect it to get much better. Some players probably even feel like being forced to rat, yeah this system has a lot of flaws which cant be fixed that easily I believe. I personally dont mind to be it more survival based than skill based,

I always adapt to playstyle of my team, I use Hemlok and SMG so I can do both rat or push. :D

@dSKyNafinchin they have promised only "small" changes to ranked for the start of S14.

I got to plat IV (and stopped) and there were still previous masters and previous diamonds everywhere, (badges and dive trails) still working themselves back up. The few games of plat IV lobbies I played had current diamonds in them.

With the 1 tier demotion introduced at the start of season 13, I think it will be at least the second split this season before we get a semblance of order, and even then???? 

Imo there must be a problem at the top end of ranked, getting players of similar ability into a match and even getting a match, due to the draconian changes. Which is why we still see them lower down.

There needs to be a bit more than "small" changes brought in for S14, unless the intent is to make masters as elitest as possible.

S12 would be perfect for ranked up to Diamond IV, above that I'm happy to see them churn around in their own "top 1%" demands 😃

S12 was great to be in Diamond 4, you mostly played against other Diamonds 4, maybe some mid-night matches when there is less players could have been with some Masters, but very rarelly. No solo Diamond 4 players can be in Diamond for long now, Its just not possible to win against those pre-mades and with this deranking you just going down... You would have to be leading you team, talking to them and stuff and I dont really feel like doing that especially with English not being my native language.

I was always solo queue in Diamond since S11 and I can tell you that S13 Diamond trully isnt Diamond. :D

Im just too skilled for Ranked I guess if Im game puts me solo in lobbies against best player in the world (or region idk) and his pre-made team. :D

Im just endgame and dont really want to be bouncing between Platinum (which is too easy for me if I have decent team which can atleast possition themselves right) and Diamond 4 which is unplayable.

Was a GG, Im grateful for having that opportunity to play Apex legends to the end. :D Cant really wait for Control LTM to go back live.

@Awhoo_Thunder Yea the premade are still working their way up.

Im not what you would call skilled at the game, but I have my moments. The numbers just aren't there yet to take them away to the higher echelons. I got to diamond twice in S12.

@STAGGA22 no need to be rude, calling other posters names. That is childish and I would ask you not to do it. 

It is OK to have many opinions about the game, as there are many aspects to the game.

I have yet to see someone praise "everything" as you say, about the game, so you are incorrect there. "Everything" is an all encompassing word.

And lastly, there is nothing wrong with hugging a tree, esp an old one.
