Im pred and I like most of your ideas. Lets hope devs will do something to all the underpowered legends so we can play someone else and not feel disadvantaged.
@NightTimeCool Thanks man. They actually added some of my bloodhound buffs.
- @TripLangAPX You didn't cover every needed buff for those characters, Also Caustic only needs his negative gas effect on his teammates to be reduced.
- @SERPENT_DESCEND will that make him S tier then? ok..
