"Prediction error" symbol in EVERY GAME

This in EVERY game the first crucial minutes of the game when most fighting is happening..... Can you fix the servers or is it yet another measure (like reduced loot) to discourage people jumping ho...

@Babbediboopi I believe those appear when the game detects connection issues, check ISP speeds and connections.

Haven't had one of those only the other symbols.

It isnt something local on my side. I play with people from all over my country I have 20-25 ping on a 1000/100 mbit connection and whenever I have the symbol flashing on my screen, 100% of times, my team mates also have it.
"A prediction error icon is the one with two parallel lines with dots on them. This indicates that the server has failed to predict the movement of another player, generally one you’re looking at. The game tries to calculate and predict such behaviors to a certain extent to show them to other players faster, but a prediction error shows that these predictions are wrong.
