Pubs always east coast servers

I live on the west coast, when I play mixtape I get 13ms, when I play pubs or ranked I get 80-100+ms. Tired of the high ping and getting put on east coast servers. High ping for no reason is a really big bummer. Either the matchmaking buckets are too strict (esp for pubs) or the routing for BR modes is broken. Please fix/adjust either way.
