Push to talk as toggle not requiring button to be held

    @zephreak 

    I think this change would benefit a lot of players, a small QoL change like this would be nice.

    In the meantime you can use this workaround (PC only sadly enough) in a .cfg file, which toggles between open-mic and push to talk:

    bind_US_standard "v" "toggle TalkIsStream"

    In this case you can change the v to any key you'd like to use for toggling between the mic option.

    (This will work in a match, though sadly enough this workaround doesn't work on the main menu)

    That is better than the current situation and would probably work out. The main menu issue is unfortunate, but less a problem. Opening the settings menu there is not going to get you shot.
