Ranked Arenas - Quality of Life Changes

- PLEASE fix +12 AP for people grinding arenas Diamond+.... There is no reason why people are going on multiple 8x ranked win streaks, and are stuck with +12 AP per game, especially ones that go to Sudden Death. This is WAY too time consuming to spend 20+ minutes to get +12 AP, where new players are getting +100 or more AP for a low ELO win.

Ranking up should have more organization and flow.

There's no reason why someone has to win 100 games to rank up less than others that only have to win 10, why punish players in upper ELO with ultra slow AP gains?
