Quit Letting Smurphs Play

Question

Ah yes, Plat III in Arenas RANKED, and a wild level 14 is on the enemy team using a G7-Scout and they don't miss. This is JUST what the game needed! Just kidding, no it doesn't.

Matchmaking as a whole needs a rework and people who are clearly smurphing needs to be weeded out quicker. Its no fun going up against someone who's way over qualified for the rank they're in, or someone deploying the use of cheats.

Also, what's the point in ranking up to plat, if you just let anyone join it? I'm sure this player exploited to get into a higher ranked lobby, but its very annoying having to deal with.

Edited: One of my ranked matches my teammates were a Gold II and someone who's unranked. (They had the rank placement badge as their rank), Gold I can understand being mixed with plat players, but why on earth does the matchmaking think its okay to place an unranked player in a high ranked match?

Although, can confirm that nether of the 3 smurphs were cheating. They were all playing legit. Its just confusing seeing these levels in plat lobbies.
