Thats why he is demanding a solo queue.   But thats no reason to ruin the matches for those going for the W and playing as a team.  Thats quite selfish actually.

Agreed. Saying he shouldn't be punished for not playing as a team in a team game is selfish and childish.

AGAIN....the question was why aren't brs respected...the answer is they are not skill based...I'm sorry if you don't like that or feel nobody cares about winning your way but most don't...most seasoned fps players care more for high kill games over low kill W's...evident by the fact that 3/4 of every lobby hot drops to a local straight down, left or right. I'm sorry you don't like how the game is played but it is played that way because NOBODY enjoys looting...

THIS IS THE ANSWER...I don't know what language I have to type it in...brs are not respected on the same competitive platform as other games BECAUSE OF RNG....

You are LITERALLY telling me that since I don't slow play brs and play them selfishly and aggressively that I'm playing them wrong.

What is stopping you from grabbing a gun and following me? Nothing except your idea of how the game should be played. I play it my way and you play it your way. Yet I'm sure I'll see a response as to why YOUR WAY is correct and MY way is wrong...pls post the hypocrisy...I'll be waiting

Funny. Not 1 time did I comment on my play style in my post. Hard to consider that hypocritical. To point out the other person's point is that poker is similar to rng. That's respected. Different level though. Again, if you only want direct fair battles every time go play a competitive arena shooter like unreal with actual tournament rules and see how well you fair in a fast paced, even environment and stop playing BRs. Good luck, sounds like you'll need it! Something tells me you would quit even more in that environment.

I think your confusing the meaning of my words. I never said this game has to be straight up fair battles. It would be nice. It would be fun. It appears I've also misunderstood when you said this is a team game. I took this as though you were implying my style is not team play. Either way this game forces someone to compromise. Either the aggressor or the "strategist"...but a camper isn't willing to push and a pusher isnt willing to camp...so we're at a dead end... You chose not to push and lost a teammate. I chose not to camp and cost the team a player. Better to leave and q anew. 

YET AGAIN...that is the answer to the original question I answered. " Why are brs not respected?" Because of rng. Plain and simple

Why would I quit in a fair play 1v1 scenario? If I get out played I get out played...gg...next game.

Any game you are not playing to WIN is wrong.   And if you want to go solo in a team game thats selfish.  Especially when other players on your team are playing to WIN.   You constantly repeat that BR's are not a respected e-sport,  which is basically saying you don't have respect for the game.   SO you yourself are admitting you are not playing it the way it was intended and don't feel you should have to.

Once again,  RNG is another word for luck of the draw,  and Poker requires even more luck then a BR game,  yet it is well respected as a professional game that still requires skill to be successful and consistent.  I just use this analogy because  I can't think of any other game that has more "luck" involved.  You play the hand your dealt.

I play to win that's why I have 20+ wins and under 50 kills on on most characters. You're cowboy way of playing just makes you a bad teammate.

You keep posting your same stupid poker analogy that I've already destroyed multiple times. And if you really on luck in poker Id gladly take your money any time. Probably even make you fold a few boats. Poker is more about playing the players. 

If you don't want the truth why ask? Brs the way you play are boring. Who the heck wants to crouch walk for 20min to die at the end...get off your " I play to win" high horse. Truth of the matter is you most likely play this way because your reaction time is laxed and your gunplay is mediocre. Anyone with great aim plays aggressively because they trust they can outshoot the other guy.

And FYI wins will most likely not even be in any form a sbmm calculation. Most games base skill heavily off of kd. Truth of the matter is wins are easier to get than high kill games...

I'm sorry again...your idea of ideal br game play would drive the genre into the ground...

I've never camped. I have the stream recordings to prove it. (not that IGAF to show you) You are just a terrible teammate. That's all. This thread isn't even debating that. Go tke your tryhard attitude somewhere else and lets get back on topic. 

Thanks...I guess that's why my cowboy play has gotten me 100+ wins close to 2k kills and a 30% top 3 rate...and a 10% win rate...

Still selfish to the other players trying to win, whether officially penalized or not.

I don't know what 10% with rate means.  And how do you come up with that number?  Just look at your stats, its recorded in the game,  no need to guesstimate anything.  Is that what you did with your pro golf stats too? Link us something to prove it.  Or not, I don't care either lol.

I'm mad people don't play to WIN,  and ruin matches for others that are.  I'm mad people don't play the game as intended by the developers and game designers.  Which is playing as a team to WIN!!     Maybe you do play chess and golf since you are not a teamplayer at all, and don't understand how team games work.

This game would benefit A LOT from a quit penalty, like an x minute lockout. However, Respawn would need to fix all the crash issues first. Nothing more frustrating than crashing and finding yourself locked out after. If they ever get to that point though, I'm 100% in favor of a penalty / lockout.

If you're going to queue up, play the round. If you don't want to play, don't * queue. Someone else picking your legend or getting to a good weapon first are not valid reasons to quit, nor is the jumpmaster choosing a location you don't like. You know all these things can happen before you hit that READY button. If you're not OK with that, don't click READY. Ruining someone elses round because you didn't get what you want is childish and toxic, and the fact that this happens all the time does not promote a healthy game environment.

10% win rate...I win 1 out of ten matches...i have 250 games with wraith and 25 wins with 70 top 3 finishes...so I finish top 3 every 4 games and win every 10...but sure I don't mind linking my stats...

What about the politicians that quit on the people for important life altering decisions, Yet you want a punishment system that would not be able to distinguish between the good and bad, the only way to have filter that can determine these things is to read peoples minds.

How do you know that the person that quit at that specific point received a call to go to work for an emergency you don't because you're being a petulant child about this, How can you determine that some person disconnecting is not because of a tree hitting their power line and killing their connection you don't because you're being pedantic and selfish, What means did you use to establish that the person quit ? When it could simply be a Driver fault at X memory region that affected their game running and triggered fault unknown and CTD you can't know these things and you don't because this is a narrow sighted thread.

If you'd read any other posts you will see that there are people who get disconnected at specific points and it may well be their fault but they don't comprehend that the $50 usb headsets driver is causing conflicts and being triggered by some part of the audio engine in game and having a memory leak with only 8gb of ram on a low end cpu with low end gpu this gives them 5 minutes of play in some titles using X renderer or because of the way a certain engine requested a memory clean up and their drivers are not really compliant because it's all very CHEAP.

I meant your pro golf stats  lol...  But I was joking,  you could just link anybody's stats.

I'd say your stats are about avg for a solo queue player if those are yours.  can only imagine if you actually played with a team.  Regardless, whether you are a pro athlete or an above avg player,  you don' have special entitlements, and  quitting on your team is selfish and unsportsmanlike. 

Unfortunately it appears as though respawn and ea want to keep this game casual so I doubt we'll ever get solo or sbmm. As long as the game remains  casual and lobbies are crap I don't see a need or reason for a quit punishment. 

It does seem that way right now. I'm thoroughly disappointed they did not add an elo system or solo and duo modes. Was ready to spend money but won't do it strictly for cosmetic garbage. Boycotting anything real money until they add real content. Was really excited for this game but with no word on anything that would actually make it more enjoyable I'm already losing hope. The pace and gun play are the best of all BRs. Shame.

lol I bought battlepass thinking I was unlocking season 1 win stats.  Then realized that stat is free,  but not only that I have to gradually unlock the stats for each toon?  UGH!!!  I regret getting it now.  I feel like I got tricked lmao...  But I can't be that mad at a free game,  can at least say i supported it.

I also would pay money just to be able to play in a  ranked mmr queue with lots of stats.
