Why is there ammo type or weapon class muddled

@FaIIenAngeI777As confusing as shields tbh xp like if orange ammo is light mags and green is AR//heavy, prowler is more AR and the R301 is more sub, they should redo weapon customises by ammo type even the G7 uses light but deals AR damage

How is it confusing?
Light ammo weapons are in a brown box, Light ammo is a brown box.
Heavy ammo weapons are in a green box, Heavy ammo is a green box.
Snopper ammo weapons are in a purple box, Sniper ammo is in a purple box.
The the right colors together.
It would be a challenge to make it easier then it already is.
You are clearly overthinking it.
