@PJBurrows1991 sounds good doesn't work , just play ranked if you want to jail your teammates.
Sadly, I agree. Just play rank to force players from rage quitting.
This is the overall mentality of Apex legends. Because of PUB toxicity, it ruins the rank experience. People who just want to play casual, are forced to play ranked, where it does not favor solo queuers, and youre matched with people at or below skill level, going up against 3-stack masters/ pred. If youre not 3-stackings, youre not winning in diamond+ lobbies.
The only times ive been matched with higher level players, is when i would intentionally throw my games 5-6 times in a row (w/ zero damage). Force the game to give me better players.
I will never shoot my gun if i get matched with lower level players. Dont blame me, blame EA. (Shrug*)
