@controvxrsy no it's balanced. trust me it's not as easy as you think it is. Yes you can move with it now, but along with the many drawbacks that sheila had for being a powerful gun, it has even more such as slow movement when shooting it, even longer windup, and enemies who aren't noobs or aren't 100% caught off guard will easy dismantle a Rampart trying to rush at someone with Sheila.
