Rampart's walls are bugged post holiday patch / cannot be placed

Ever since Rampart's walls were adjusted to work better on the holiday train through a patch it has been extremely difficult to play the legend because you cannot place walls reliably or even at all ...

As OTP Rampart, this cover issue is going to make me crazy. I only play Rampart, I just stoped to play Apex waiting the fix for it. Because she is unplayable in Ranked actually...
This cover issue destroys Rampart , we need a fix really fast
Rampart player don't care about the Sheila fixes, only thing we want, only thing we need right now is a fix for this amped cover bug.
