Rampart,Wattson,Octane,Revenant,Loba Buff Ideas

Rampart is pretty useless because it takes way too long to place down her walls and increasing the animation speed would go a long way, sheila should be able to also be picked back up and give like 35-50% of her ultimate because by the time you set it up the enemy team moves so its pretty useless in 80% of scenarios 

Wattson I have a few ideas, the first is a major buff for wattson/nerf for caustic and that is for her fences to not take any damage to caustics gas because that is one of the many issues with wattsons kit a fence should not be damaged by gas its not like fences can breathe, another idea is to have a constant passive shield regeneration if 1 per second is too much then make it .5 as passive and .5 with her pylon or something, another similiar concept is maybe walking through her fences could replenish shields for you and your teammates. Another Idea i have for wattson is for her fences to be invisible until you step in between them then they would trigger and activate because wattsons biggest downfall is because of how obvious her fences are compared to caustics who are always a sneaky surprise 

Octane I have an idea for his jump pad, if you walk into it you will be bounced straight up vertically similiar to horizon but if you crouch slide into it then you would have the horizontal arch like he currently does, i understand you can melee and get the vertical jump currently but i seem to mess it up most of the time

Revenant just needs his climbing ability to be buffed, climbing up to 2 floors max is ineffective and should be buffed to atleast be able to climb up to 4 floors, instead of this you could make it so him and his teammates could do it  during shadow form

All Loba needs is for her bracelet animations to be quicker so she isn’t completely defenceless while and after throwing it
