- @OverNightCafe I do not care to do ranked the way they currently have it set up. I dont agree with the reward system of stripping what is earned from players via dive trails. I hardly even use my trail but its not right to take what took people hard work to earn. So this season im plat due to last resets. But if can be done in one season can be done in another as thousands upon thousands have reached further even with out teams.
- @E9ine_AC Starting in S3 is an advantage to me also as the base map was still KC i hope your better now and understand what i was trying to say if i start S4 and i only know W.E/ its my base map, so being put with people from day 1s inst fair as well as the MM putting me up with and against people who dont reflect my skill/level ✌🌍

Yeah, Mid diamond is a nightmare as solo. It sometimes feels like 50% of the games, you get some Platimum/gold premade duo and 50%, you get some hardstuck Diamond 4s who hid their way up to diamond and now has way to low fighting skills to get out of D4 =)
But the problem is probably the queue times. S2 had about 4% diamonds and last season had 7% and at least I feel that ranked is generally much sweater this season compared to S3 so I would guess the number of Diamonds today is closer to 4% than 7% so lets say 5% for the sake of the argument. And if they were to separate randoms from premade squads, they ofc had to put solos and premade duos together (since you cant form a full squad out of premade duos without solos as fillers).
So that would mean a separate queue for full 3-premade squads out of maybe 5% of the ranked playing player base? Would probably take like 10 minutes for a premade diamond squad to find a match on EU and NA and it would be virtually impossible on the least populated servers.
@BabbediboopiSeparation has many different methods.
They can set another squad rank mode it work independantly or they can set a rp punishment to squad's every members as their ranks (for example 3 masters/preds need 100rp admission) to encourage pro gamer play random rank.
I am not a gamedesigner,I am a normal player,but i think current environment isnt fair to high rank random players.
By the way, even if Respawn do nothing queue times is still a big problem to random players after diamond 3,I will wait 3 or 4 mins after a game,even I have met some situation that i was left behind after a full queue,so i think it is another problem about rank systems.
@E9ine_AC plat? you still gold,even if you were pred before if you didnt play randoms after diamond 3 this season how do you know current situation?
