Ranked challenges

So my feedback to this, is just remove this garbage. Honestly I do not see the point in these horrible challenges.  Cause it makes no sense that you're held back in a tier that you're literally not ...

@DisoIve And on top of that, the Shetty MMR system that you guys implemented and the "secret" MMR system you got under it is even more garbage, honestly and monkey could code it better.
