It seems like at least half my ranked lobbies are Smurf accounts recently (level 10 - 30, 20 kill and 4k damage badges, showing level badge to make it obvious they're Smurf accounts), which defeats the purpose of ranked for mediocre players like me. How about introducing a filter so we can choose to only be matched with players above, say, level 100 in ranked. I'd gladly wait a bit longer for matchmaking to get into a fairer game.
@davebopsThey (EA/Respawn) want all Servers to be filled and queue times to be low, Thats why we have the system as is ,lobbies with hightier players mixed with lowtier players. would they make it so that really similar skilled are on the same lobby, only the big midtier chunk would have fast queue times and high and low tier would have to wait until a suitable amount of players have queued up. Thats not in their interest and they know you are likely to push the button again, even if you played a round with a suboptimal matchmaking. If everyone would set the filter to their liking, you would end up with 10to30 min long queue times
@davebopsThey need to hire more manual ban hammers or at least allow qualified players (pros, some streamers, etc) that know how to tell the difference between a hacker and a good player to volunteer and it would make for some good youtube content because they already post videos spectating hackers anyways so you might aswell allow them to spectate, make some content out of it, get enough proof that they are hacking , then ban them on the spot
For the smurphing issue lets say any player below level 50 who gets a 3-4k, 20 bomb, above idk 12-15+ kills etc should automatically be flagged for review and banned on the spot if caught hopefully before that account can even reach level 5-10 it should already be banned
I’m honestly tired of playing shooter games in general because the entire genre is infested with aimbotters, wall hacks, smurphs, strikepacks, etc except on Fortnite for whatever reason I’m not saying that they don’t have any but from my experience on solos and team rumble it seems pretty casual and chill for the most part besides people building skyscrapers in 2 seconds that might be a keyboard macro hack or something since they sometimes build the same thing over and over
i just know on Apex I spend more time loading in, skydiving, doing 100 damage, instantly leaving, on repeat than actually playing the game and then on Rogue Company your basically getting aimbotted by some dude with 40+ downs by himself although its at least still playable due to unlimited respawns.... pretty much in the last 6 months the only time I have actually enjoyed apex was during the Control Mode because its basically the only time the game has actually been playable aside from people spamming bocek bows, charge rifles, etc that shouldn’t even be in the game
