Ranked Maps/Rewards

I'm suggesting having additional maps on splits if we're going to continue having mid season splits or have every map available on a say 6 to 8 hour changing basis. Currently, we've had the 3 maps since the beginning of the season and to be honest, it gets real boring real fast. Having every map available on a rotation basis keeps everyone happy as they'll eventually get to play the maps they enjoy etc.

As for ranked rewards, personally I think you need to rework this. I've played since the game came out and the only thing that kept me playing ranked was the dive trail, now I don't see much point in grinding hard for the sake of a badge and banner - I'm sure you guys could think and implement new rewards for the next season.
