Ranked Requirements

Rank needs to have a level gate.  A level 10 should not be in ranked.  Ever.  They are either insanely bad at the game or apex predator smurfs and both ruin the ranked experience.

There are 500 levels in this game.  I think accessing ranked at level 200 is fair.  That's a whole 300 levels left to grind after reaching ranked, it makes no sense to match a level ten with a level FIVE HUNDRED.
