Bangalore's Ult is more of a defense Ult to use when your in a pinch and need to get a enemy squad away and pick up a teammate or get a banner, Hence the smoke and her moving faster when aimed at More support then attacking roll. Same as mirages Ult, its used to get away re group, heal and get a banner or a res. If her alt was more powerful it would be to OP and people would just send it on two groups fight and get wipes without trying. 
The Longbow "Sniper" as people call it is for long range same as the g7 and triple take. (Witch if you used a g7 close range its just as good as a wingman or longbow) But in this game Long range fighting useless, unless you have a KRABOR,  your whole squad is using longbows and g7's and shooting at one specific target or else he'll just get shot and heal, come out get shot and heal ECT. Or you have one guy rush get them weak and hit them with a shot from long range (as long as that guy dose not get downed). Then End game with "long range" puts you in a bad spot at the smaller circles. So "Long range" guns should be able to use in the mid range and close combat, witch this game is all about. Just harder to hit targets the second or third hit, or no one will use the "long range" guns. 
I think the long bow and wingman should have more recoil, but the long bow before was a waste to use until now. Just make it harder to control so you have to be skilled with recoil control to get the 41-51 damage per hit after the first shot. Don't make the wingman and longbow laser that need 0 Skill to kill. 
Not all the Legends are made For "W" key, The pathfinder, wraith, octane, and Bloodhound are the "W" key legends and Lifeline, Bangalore, Gibralter, and Caustic are more support roles.
Yes the Healing with syringes should be faster same as a shield Cell 100%, Do you Bunnyhop when healing? its helps alllllllooooootttttttttttt if your finding it hard and to long to heal.
