I'll also just throw in real quick that this reselling option would help players that cant afford to buy and open packs till they get what they want. In my opinion this would help players feel more inclined to buy packs too because (although not as valuable as the skin usually is) getting a legendary anything would be more meaningful because you could sell it and get one more step closer to what you want
