Re: Apex packs useless 40 packs and no legendary skin

they said there are over 1900 items just right now available in apex packs aside from crafting materials, this in a very recent video. Here it is, clipped right to where he says so just for you.

you got 2 legendary drops.

there is a 100% chance for A LEGENDARY (skin for weapon or legend, banner, execution, even crafting materials, I got that one once so quit whining) after 30 packs

you got 2 after 40 packs

you beat the odds.

way to whine about not getting exactly what you want from a random system with that many items.

Well according to Apex, you are "guaranteed" 1 legendary every 30 packs.

Even if you have 40 packs, and open 3 legs in the first 9 packs... you are still supposed to be guaranteed 1 in the last 30.

I've opened 100's of packs and it's been very consistent for me.
I've actually gotten about a 10% Leg drop rate over all the packs I've opened...but one thing that has been consistent is... I've always gotten at least 1 legendary if for every 30 packs I open... it's usually more.
But I do recal specific times where I've gotten through 29 packs without a gold, and low and behold the 30th miraculously had a legendary.

I'm not saying the OP didn't get one, or is miscounting...
Just pointing out that apex seems to have a system in place keeping track of your legendary packs...and that in my experience... the "1 in every 30" rule seems to be a constant regardless of how many you may pull.

Without spending : I got Caustic, Bangalore, Pathfinder legendary skins
Purchased starter pack: I got Bloodhound's
Spent abit more on Battlepass: I got R301

Spent real cash to Apex Pack ( probably I spent around $100-$150)
I got Octane ( 2 skins), 4 times legendary crafting metal ( bought Wingman, Octane skin), R99, Tripletake, RE45, Hemlok

And many more banners and 1 finisher ( lol)
So far I'm quite lucky, the skins I unlocked are the ones I used. Not bad.
