@JaackeetYou should of gotten an email detailing why you got banned and over at help.ea, sign in to your account, click the "account" drop down tab, and select "ban history". That should also show the reason as well.

EA won't tell you the ban status or history of another player, not even if you're the one who got the ban, mainly because other player's bans aren't your buisness and your ban is listed in the email and on the ban history page. As well as the fact that the support agent has no way of really confirming you actually own the account, as far as they know, you're a sibling or a friend of the person's account, or someone who hacked into it, etc. (and I mean EA support could help resolve a ban, but the reason for the ban in the first place, they most likely won't disclose).
