@MrPhotographerXHi, this might help you. It's a strange fix... but it worked for me. In short: empty your friends list (and blocked players from EA account) because the game constantly checks who is online. And turn off Steam overlay or install game through Origin (you can merge accounts Steam|Origin and keep all progress).

In season 13 this issue still is a thing, it just happen to me in a ranked match with cable connection
