Re: Can We Get Better Audio?

@Midnight9746

The software, Steel Series Sonar (SSS) That OTC suggested works for me with Discord no problems maybe there is something else interfering with your discord and SSS setup.

I have recently purchased a Steel Series headset to go with the program and that makes things work even better than my old non Steel Series headset. Food for thought, if you are still looking for a new headset.

    @Asmodeus566 I use Razer, and currently can't get another headset. Although, I've said this before, we shouldn't have to download 3rd party software just to be able to hear what we should already be able to hear. The problem SSS has, might be related to Razer Synapse, as Razer has its own thing for audio.

    @OldTreeCreeper  I'll try that, so far I'm not hearing much of a difference.

    Anything a random teammate does I can hear perfectly fine, but I'm at the point where any and ALL enemy audio, (including gunfire), is completely silent, even when I'm not shooting or being shot at or directly close to a fight.

    Uninstalling sounds like a better idea, rather than trying to fix audio that isn't even there in the first place.

    All enemy audio? That's very odd. Enemy fire and footsteps are audible here on both xbox1S and pc.

    @OldTreeCreeperFrom a distance, I can hear gunfire and footsteps. However, the moment they get within about 15 meters from me, they're silent. (Especially if its a Horizon, Octane, Pathfinder, Bloodhound, and/or Crypto).

    @OldTreeCreeper I haven't found the best setting for Razer just yet, but I managed to hear a bit more from the game after an adjustment. Not enough to make a difference, but its better then nothing.

    There's also not as many customizations in Razer as there is for Sonar and the Razer settings tend to be based on the headset you get.

    My last headset didn't have any kind of setting other then THX. However my current one has an option to use settings pros use alongside THX. However, even with those settings, it just makes the music and ambience louder, and doesn't seem to change any other kind of audio.

    I suppose I'll just have to run trial and errors until I'm able to hear the audio. Some settings makes the music too loud, others causes the voicelines to be loud, etc. it's weird.
