Yeah there are ofc many cases when there is no doubt someone is cheating. All I am saying is that too many draw that conclusion to fast and especially since there are SO many smurfs in ranked, and so wide SBMM in casual, where "silver-to-gold skilled players" are mixed with "diamond-to-predator skilled players".
I am not among the top tier of players at all, but I have 2.4 k/d and have never had problems getting out of Diamond 4 every season I tried and can give a Predator a run for his money in a 1v1. However; I get killed in an instant sometimes when I go up against a master or predator. So all I am saying is that I think that we all must just acknowledge the truth that what some players can do to me can I do to a gold player any day in the week.
So all I am saying is that IF you are a player with max a 2k dmg badge and struggles to get out of Platinum, then perhaps THATS why people insta-kills you, and not because they are 100% hacking =)
PS and I agree that one thing that will give a first indication that someone is hacking is movement, just like you mentioned; if a low level guy has god tier aim but moves like a silver, then something is really fishy; however; if someone has god tier aim AND movement AND high level, 10k kills etc, then I choose to go with the rational way, i.e that he might just legit be that good.
