Re: Controller sensitivity and aim assist

@Grimshock77 Kinda. The effects of aim assist (AS) tend to be stronger at lower sensitivity levels.

On console AS blends about 60% of your opponent's telemetry (movement data) with your control input. Higher sensitivity levels increase your input values, "boosting" your overall control signal (scaling it up).

Unless the AS also scales with your higher sense values (I don't think it does, but I haven't tested it that way), your increased input will outweigh the effect of the assist.

The downside is that at high sense values, you're throwing away a lot of tracking accuracy and trashing your recoil control. A good compromise is to switch to PC aim-assist, which is less "sticky" at about 40%.
