Re: Fix the cheating problem!!!

It really annoys me how much EA and Respawn downplay the major issue of cheats and hacking in Apex and the only way they will do anything is if it hits them in the bank balance by the player numbers dropping off, sadly that will be the only way so ill be uninstalling and keep a casual eye on the unlikely rare update given on the situation. They say theyre on it and i get that its an evolving field but i still dont think theyre putting enough time and effort into fixing it just by the shear numbers using hacks these days.

Cheating is so rampant, that they had little to no defense against the ALGS hack, and haven't even said anything about if we should be still playing or not until things get "looked into". Not to mention, whoever lowered the rank level requirement allowed a ton of cheaters and smurfs easy access into rank. Every match has been swarmed by them.

Edited 1: Found another player on a new account playing like a pred, their aim appears to be aimbot as well. Please raise the level requirement next time EA/Respawn, not lower it. *sigh*

I'm wondering if it got lowered so the pros could do their "rookie to pred grinds", which goes against the rules of "no smurfing". They define "smurfing" as, "being in lower lobbies repeatedly to stomp on lower skilled players over and over again", - which is EXACTLY what they're doing during their rank grind.

I barely played Valorant, but I've heard that some of the pros got perma banned in that game for doing rank grinds like this, EA/Respawn should of held the same standards and not allow it either.

@Midnight9746 Oh man, this is bad. Someone has stats like that at only level 41 and they don't do anything about it??? Just wow. There is no way in hell that could be a legit player. A real player at such a low level is still learning the game and may have a few kills under their belt, but nowhere near that obscene amount of damage in a short time. I'm just shocked you present obvious proof here and they don't do anything about it. Just wow.

@AymCTLYou realize its kills on Octane, not kills for all their legends, right? That just means that they were cheating on other legends before switching to Octane.

It happens all the time.

Also keep in mind, Octane isn't already unlocked on new accounts. Besides, the problem isn't their stats, its the fact that they're low leveled with cheats in ranked.
