Experiment with different display resolutions on your console, you may find a balance between detail and performance that is better than what you are using now.

    The problem is on ps4, if you set the resolution to 720p, the ps4 will always render the game at the intended native quality from the devs, and then downscale it to 720p.

    I tried it myself and with a 720p resolution you will get even worse frame rate.

    That's why i'm asking for a "dev solution". A setting that will lower something like shadows quality or antialiasing, to help get a more stable frame rate.

  • @alegab I don’t even get a steady 60 fps on my pc its usually 45-50 ish sometimes worse sometimes slightly better

    They plan on releasing next gen update for consoles soon so they will be getting 120 fps
