I'm not sure if the EAC will trigger when you swap out certain PC components.
I don't think swapping out a GPU or a hard drive does the trick but evading a ban is never a good idea.
If you want your ban lifted you want to contact the Terms of Service team.
They look into this and will lift the ban when they feel you have been banned unfairly.

Naah I appreciated your comment but my issue is on the hardware ban cause I tried to issue my problem more than the topic I had posted so it is like I wanna know the mechanism on what to apply along with new account for overall brand new fresh start instead of ban lifting issue
