Issue is being tracked and can be followed on the Trello Board.
Not ETA has been released so only god knows when a fix will be released for this.
Best thing to do for now is to avoid replicators completely until they've patched the issue.
The only way to get unstuck would be to rejoin or to get downed, neither are really great options so again, best to avoid them for now.
