You get around like 60ping may be and people with 20 ping will be playing.. obviously there will e a difference.. I myself face the same.. I get 65 ping. This game does have latency issues.. even my friend's facing the same.
Also i like to add ur aim does not matter much if ur already delayed in ms. The pro player get sufficient time to pull the r99. While some just clicking the r99 u die it nothing to with arm skill just ur Internet or EA servers
Even me at 80ms i die immediately to lower ping player head on i can play faster than the pro player for 10min before i run out of energy
The bottom line if it does not come in ur screen on time then enemy will kill u also if ur older image is delayed longer
Aim is good for backshoting or third party shooting but head on fights depends on ur Internet
