@EA_Mako I’m hearing a lot of other (particularly controller players) echoing the same thought, which is a lot of us paid quite a bit for a number of heirlooms, the biggest thing about having one is playing around with it while running around, I for one would not have spent several, several hundred on heirlooms if I knew this was going to be the outcome. A lot of us would much rather have a similar setup like the holosprays to use support items vs taking away our quick ability to inspect/play with heirlooms. A simple (seemingly) fix would be to give us a toggle option in the menu for the manner to use them? Those without heirlooms likely don’t care, those of us that have them, care quite a bit. Thanks for your time. 

Please bring back the inspect on the d pad!!!!! It sucks on the emote wheel... not fair for controller players. I don't care about the survival slot 

Please move this back to its original spot or make it an option to because I payed so much money for my heirloom and now I can’t even spin my kunai 

While the inspect option has been moved to the quip wheel, controller players are no longer able to spin or view their heirloom inspects while sprinting, which ruins the fluidity and satisfaction of the heirlooms.

I cannot be the only person devastated abt our inability to spin our heirloom , I am hurt I have a video of me getting the heirloom and it was one of the happiest days of my life I reacted better than any streamer , heck my neighbor even knew abt it I was endlessly screaming and jumping . I learned how to spin my heirloom while in fights and rotating , it helped me calm down and think and you guys took it away from me . I am also convinced no dev actually cares abt this game , I have been passionate abt apex ever since I first saw it . It was beautiful the character moved so smooth and nice and there wasn’t anything to not love . But all these changes are drastic and can affect us players but you guys don’t seem to care. I know the “heat shield cannot be removed because of that but please can I get a refund on my heirloom so I could at least invest in something else. I literally earn minimum wadge in a third world country and went out my way to buy a heirloom , do you know what that costed? What you guys do hurt like seriously hurts but I know no one will see this or reply to this but you guys my definitely broke me and my passion for apex and continue to break me . I literally don’t play any other game I have invested hours and hours into perfecting my craft and I have come a long way and you guys broke me . If I cannot make any change happen can I at least get a refund on my heirloom so I can at least buy food for my self? I’ll do what ever I have to do please i am begging u . You guys probably don’t care but word can’t explain how you guys wrecked me

If you're talking about not being able to inspect your heirloom. You can still inspect it, you just have to go into your quip wheel and you can get the inspection animations.

i think the inspect should be put back on the d pad and the heat shield on on a wheel or in inventory, i inspect every slide jump i use heat shields rarely.... also paid hundreds of dollars for wraith heirloom for the knife flip seeing as how her inspect is the most uninteresting of them all thats the only appealing thing about it and now i feel like you took my money and gave me a slap in the face... and no one likes heat shields anyways, like yea lets camp out of zone in a battle royal that sounds like fun.. needless to say i was ready to buy the bangalore heirloom but the second i saw that i cant quick inspect i decided i wasnt wasting single penny on heirlooms or apex packs like whats the point? what a good way to * of the people that actually spent crazy amounts of money on heirlooms, i find it strange that you punish the people that pay the most and support you the most kinda backwards but hey i guess you already got my money for who cares right?? i mean its okay i just spent that 130 that wouldve been in your pocket elsewhere and i sure alot of others probably did the same.
