- @Godisbullen Behind me is all rocks, and this player only had one teammate who ran after the teammate in the gif.
Also they had a car or something like that, which can easily do over 100 damage in 9 hits. So yes, that explains dying quickly. The problem is after putting up the shield, I was still taking damage, had a delay, the shield got damaged, then back to it hitting me. I think knockdown shields should be changed to knockdown bubbles.

A follow up to this, from another perspective, where it let me hit someone through a knockdown shield. Come on EA/Respawn, please fix this! Also for context, I had shot Ash prior to punching, so that's why she dies in two hits. I also looked to my right, because she had just respawned her teammate, so I quickly looked to see where he was when I heard him running (an Octane).
Second punch in solo-motion
I expected to hit the knockdown shield, not her. Yet it went right through... like what? The game keeps doing this to every player's knockdown shield, and I don't know why.Knockdown shields are even more useless now - Mad Maggie can just tactical you through it. What's the point in protecting yourself, when you're screwed from all angles? Useless items is useless.
A few things need to be done in order for this game to be even playable.
Knockdown shields
Shields in General are worth nothing
PC Only Lobbies or controller aim assist removed.
Ranked needs to stop rewarding players who do nothing.
other than that this game is just not worth playing in its current state.. its pretty sad when even big esports orgs moved on from it and they are lost some of their big investors.
knockdown bubbles would be too annoying, and it would take too long for the devs to get it together for us. a better solution would be to just use the knockdown shields as regular shields, that way the devs won't have to do much, and another game breaking mechanic can be avoided. simple problems ned simple fixes

You can clearly see she put down her knockdown in the slow Mo clip then puts it back up
- @XBOX_EireBartek Why would someone put down the knockdown shield like that though? Makes no real sense other than it being a bug.
