Not a real long time option but try and change your region and language settings on xbox itself. Maybe that helps? A buddy of mine has that german thing too even tho we live close to each other and downloaded roughly at the same time, but he got the german thing and I didn't. It just happends sometimes and with a patch it's usually resolved.
