@matzesingt Maybe but aren't they taking away Caustic's ability to do that? The changes were weakening the blur effect, lowering the damage and I think decreasing the slow effect. They also allow players to shoot out his barrels before they're fully inflated. This means his traps are only effective when actually camping, for finishing a downed enemy, or when used out of line of sight in combat.

For the most part his tactical is useless for damage or creating space in actual combat. His Ult should still be pretty decent at CC but for a Legend you picked entirely for his abilities he seems too situational and underwhelming.
