I understand this post, but right now Horizon's tac is on such a low cooldown that she has it again within 5 seconds of the first one expiring. With a gold helmet she has it immediately after the first expires. What's your thoughts on that making other legends tacs useless?
Yeah I agree, but I think its just for now and they'll probably balance her after everyone's had their fun. Octane's kinda weak so im not to fussed about his ultimate. I had another suggestion for a Loba buff, maybe y'all will find this interesting:
When the ultimate is placed, if an opponent tries to pick something within the radius, there is a chance that the item is automatically teleported and dropped by the ult. Maybe a limit to two items per ult (ammo excluded) could be implemented to limit its power potential.
