@WreckingVi The nerf to black market is to the cool down, which is pretty quick right now.

There is no reason for her not to be able to steal from care packages and it was a great QoL change for her. **she is a thief.** it is honestly a game changer at times when you can be in a hiding spot and nab the good stuff from the package. You should be rewarded for having Loba on your team and this is one of the ways she contributes to a team.
