I think I fall in the middle of this argument. 

The loot is definitely already spawned at the beginning of the match. However, I think the OP's point is that - why do you always find a mozam next to a P2020? - there is definitely some sort of "loot patterning" going on.

Also, to some other people's points, you can find better loot on drop if you don't hot drop and you know where to look because of your experience. For example, on Olympus, a high level armor and a gold item ALWAYS drop in the middle of Elysium. 

On the other hand, I think there are way more mozams and P2020s in the game than you think, that's why you seem to come across them way more often. higher percent chance of finding those weapons than others. Remember when rampage was first released? Found that MF everywhere. Couldn't find a flatline to save my life. 

My opinion is to get rid of the P2020. Nobody likes it. It's objectively the worst gun in the game (some YTbers out there have videos confirming this), and hammerpoints only make it marginally better, but don't usually spawn near the gun. Get rid of the P2020. That's the hill I will die on.

    Me too.
    The game feels rigged because I always find a P2020 as a first weapon on drop, and just like you I also find a Mozambique close next to it as a second pick-up. And not just that, I also see other enemy players running around with P2020's, So, whats up with that?
    Here's one to discuss:
    So I drop at a random spot in an area with a lot of loot.
    There is always a lot of other weapons in that area, but there's not significanly more P2020's or Mozambique's in that area than any other weapon type.
    Why doesn't it feel random that I get any one of all the other random weapons in that area? And why do I always FIRST get the P2020 or Mozambique, not second or third.

    I'm sorry if I'm making the playerbase aware of your rigged loot spawn mechanics, so you may have to do something about it... 😉 Look who's annoying who now.

    1st pickup: P2020
    2nd pickup: EVA8
    Second game today:
    1st pickup: P2020
    2nd pickup: Mozambique.

    You devs are ridiculous

    @Ingeniekey The more I pay attention the more I notice it, I don't like that lol.
    I payed more attention this last gaming session. Me changing landing positions each time.
    - drop 1 = p2020, 2nd gun - mozam
    - drop 2 = p2020, 2nd gun - eva 8
    - drop 3 = mozam, 2nd gun - p2020
    - drop 4 = Re45, 2nd gun - p2020
    - drop 5 = mozam, 2nd gun - p2020
    - drop 6 = flatline, 2nd gun - p2020
    Gaming session ended.

    pretty consistent actually. Again 6 drops, 6 different locations. Seems odd, and gross lol.
