How is this still happening. How do you manage to create a matchmaking this bad?

@AnjunakrokusI essentially just started fully ignoring teammates since the matchmaking thinks I'm able to carry a team. What's the point in adding a "better" skill based matchmaking system, if it just gives you teammates that might as well be firing range bots?
