I'm still looking into the meaning of these icons, so it's likely that I will be posting a thread soon that will describe everything related to these icons.
Though you can try some basic troubleshooting:
I've noticed that a lot of players are experiencing it, so it's most likely an issue on EA/Respawn's side.
If that is the case, then we will have to wait for them to fix the issue.
