Community AdminHi, the system is fundamentally unchanged, if you get lucky or hit 500 packs, you'll get a single pack which contains 150 shards, which can be traded for the heirloom of your choice.
If you're level 150 you'd have 83 packs from leveling, and there are 12 packs per completed Battle Pass, if that helps you get an idea of how many packs you have.
so the most and only sure-fire way that anyone near my level has gotten any heirlooms at this point is by purchasing loot boxes in the store ............. bogus.

If that's the case I'm level 323 and like I said to my other reply to this post I just opened $300 worth of Apex packs in the last two weeks and have yet to receive one heirloom shroud how much more money am I going to have to spend on a free game if I wanted fortnite I would just play fortnite
i am already 495 lvl. bt i don't have any heirloom shards. i am so confused about there patch note.i don't think i will get Heirloom Shards. please help me.
This isn’t true I am level 500 and have not received any heirloom shards also have completed every battle pass and bought a number of packs, I have posted about this before with no response and I can’t find my past posts it seems they have been removed I won’t spend another penny on this game until someone helps me out I feel there is no recourse for faithful customers who are getting shafted
Also can’t find any response to anyone who says they are level 500 and haven’t received any shards I guess the best way to handle it is to just ignore the problem

i’ve purchased 332 packs and i’ve completed season 4 and 5 completely..... i am also level 310..... sooo what’s with me not having a single heirloom????? i don’t even have oneeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
Ive opened over 1700 packs and EA told me they cant do anything about it and no heirloom shards.

hello. I have been playing since season 2. I hit the cap of lvl 100. Since the change I have just recently hit lvl 500 still no hierloom. The past 5 months I have spent $10-20 a week on packs hoping I could get an heirloom. I need clarification on the heirloom bc im a daily player and I'm still wanting

I have opened 558 packs and I don’t have any heirloom shards. I promise you guys I did the math right. I used a apex pack calculator online and I also checked my transaction history. I play on ps4. Like I said I’m 100% sure I did my math right. If someone could please figure this out I have spent a lot of money on this game and it’s really disappointing. And I’m pretty sure you get heirloom shards every 500 packs guaranteed.

Can I please have heirloom shards 😉 my friends have it and they always flex but I do have an heirloom can I exchange it once in my lifetime I got the Mirage event so I have the Mirage heirloom but cna I change it to kunai please and another question is since I got the Mirage heirloom does it reset my progress with the heirloom shards l?

I have opened up 853 apex packs and have gotten no heirloom or shards and I’m way past the 500 mark so what’s up with that
I have passed level 500 200 levels ago and I have never seen a heirloom shard since I have been playing this game and I started playing day one.
@jokool_aid You get a seperate pack that opens automatically giving you the quip weapon and pose
I started playing from day one. I'm level 500. I've finished each and every challenge and got each and every pack -with exception of 2 travels.
I had never got a single shard. Less any heirloom.
This is simply broken at least for me.
I am way over level 500 and I have had almost every battle pass I might of not bought one I have been playing forever and I still haven't received any shards. I have bought packs and everything and still nothing.. I can't even link my ea account to my gamertag because it won't unlink to my old account I am super frustrated with all of this....
