the character of Octane is be become speedy and rush to kill but the previous patch updates had decreased the 30% of the speed of Q and 6 second stim Q to 3 second but still new patch again decreased blue shield armor -10 health reduce to -5 health reduce become worse to octane rush. keeping nerf become losing trust to Apex
