Server issues do happen here and there, it's something that's quite normal.

Though why do you believe that the issue you encountered was a server issue?

I personally don't have any tools that's able to specifiy that it was server related, as there are many factors that can cause issues related to the network.

Are you receiving any errors when disconnected?

If so, could you tell me what you are receiving? That way we can try to resolve your issue.
