Im not really upset about reports having no effect. If I just calm down and think about it for a second, there is no way manual reports can or should have direct power to ban people. People report of out rage and because they dont know how hacks looks and "assume" someone with skills are cheating. The number of false reports must be insane so I think reports only flag players if they get reported super often.
The reason why Im pissed off is because I thought that the automatic anticheat system actually worked well and would detect that kind of headshots-to-kill ratio within a couple of games. The guy has approximately 6 head shots per kill which basically means that he lands a headshots on every bullet he hits an enemy with.. Im pissed because players with that abnormal behavior are allowed to play their way from bronze 4 to diamond 1 when it should be a piece of cake for any automatic anticheat algorithms to detect and ban him.
