The one thing here I can get behind is "silence squad footsteps." Everything else I respectfully disagree with. This especially: "Snipers can be very fun to use at close and medium range, but too oppressive and annoying to go against from far away." They're not oppressive or annoying if you're carrying one yourself. You have two weapon slots for a reason. If you choose to go around unable to address marksman or sniper weapons then that's on you.
