@Psn388 The only thing I an see making this negative is if we're forced to use apex coins to get recolors of skins we've essentially already paid for instead of legend tokens. I'll understand if you dont own the original skin then you have to use apex coins, but aside from that I really dont mind. This is for the anniversary after all we dint have evidence that they'll be doing this all the time. If it goes well then maybe every anniversary a few skins will get a re color. But it doesn't seem too huge if that would be the case with three or four seasons and events coming out each year.

And there is some variations on the models, for instance i dont recall the spikes on the season one skins. I kind of like it. Longevity? If someone missed out itll attract them back or new players who've seen past skins but didnt get to the game in time.

    @DK9027 So, you don't see dishonest advertising as being negative? The spikes are also on the season one tier 100-110 Havoc skin. The recolor is an exact copy of the original except for the color.

    @Psn388Still its not really false advertising is it? The model has been recolored yes, but people arent getting the the specific coloring from past battle passes. One could argue that this enough of a distinction to fall in line with what they said about past battle pass skins not returning.

    I refer you back to my original comment. I dont Care, the skins look amazing. As long as we can use legend tokens to get the recolor of the skins we've paid for already I'm fine.

    @Psn388Nearly all the worlds advertising holds dishonest advertising. This is what you are not understanding.

    Example

    Pictures of food restraunts offer to sell you. You get food it looks nothing like its picture.

    Insurance they talk you up on everything it covers then in the end you get a huge bill.

    Self driving cars offer the safest driving experience one can offer yet it has had wrecks.

    Trains are known as one the safest and fastest ways of travel yet they come off the tracks at times or hit cars at intersections.

    Taxes you are told you will pay less in taxes which may be true but you take a smaller refund because they accounted the taxes in that.

    ALL advertising by any company has hidden dishonest advertising in it. Its up to the user if they choose to see it and choose to buy it or not.

    @DK9027 It is false advertising. The model is part of the skin and the BP models being recolored are unique to their seasons and unobtainable outside of their seasons.

    @Psn388 I see you have never been in marketing and it shows. Companies are here to make money not sugar coat things. What do you think pays all these devs and designers and tos teams lore teams? Companies say and do many things in the name of advertising to generate income on a free to play game.

    @Psn388 Every company in this world does it. You can argue all you want sure its morally wrong. This does not change the fact they have to generate revenue sometimes in a timely manor. I own almost all the skins for legends all the trackers all gun skins and finishers all banners i own nearly every single thing in the game. Yet I dont complain because i bought it at a risk to myself that it may or can be re-colored and used again. Not quite sure how you can justify the thought you have on it not knowing every single company on this planet has little hidden things here and there that make that statement at times not true. To ask for a refund on cosmetics you bought on your own account is mind boggling.

    If people bought those skins to be set apart why do they never even use them? Most legends run certain skins never touching any others including old ones. They bought them mostly because it was a cool at the time cosmetic. Not because they said hmmm in 5 seasons ill have this new people wont and ill look cooler. Just a weird flex.

    @E9ine_AC So you're saying a company can be dishonest as much as they want to their customers and people shouldn't feel upset?
