Re: Reporting toxic teammates: does it make a difference?

Plenty of topics pop up on here from people whining about being banned and they call claim they "only" said this, or "only" said that . . 

They obviously do punish people that are being reported.  I assume there must be some trigger words that have to be used for them to take action rather than just general toxic behaviour.
