blackliight is probably referring to newcastles passive being a passive, not a tactical. cryptos drone doesnt stop scanning people if crypto gets hit by silence. although, thats something i personally would be willing to trade to get crypto an actual passive, rather than just a tactical split into two parts so it occupies his full kit. i also notice crypto EMP doesnt destroy newcastles electric fort. there is no stopping the newcastle.
